Mother Tries To Eat Baby

In 2014 a woman by the name of Li Zhenghua was pregnant at the age of 24. Her mother in law kicked her out the house while she was pregnant and was living on the streets for a few weeks. When she went into labor she was sent to a hospital in Shenzhen, in Southern China. While Li Zhenghua was recovering three days after her labor she was holding her baby. But what she was doing to the baby was very sick. The nurse by the name of Liu Tianlun who worked in the hospital ward walking in to Li Zhenghua’s room and saw Li Zhenghua eating her baby’s hand. Liu Tianlun fought Li Zhenghua to save the baby from her. Lucky Liu Tianlun was able to save the baby.  The baby’s hand was badly damaged from Li Zhenghua bites.

This case has been going under investigation since 2014. I still can’t find a website that shows the results of the case. Needless to say, I don’t know what happen to Li Zhenghua or why she did it. Was it because she was hunger from living on the streets? I really think that is unlikely to be the case because they most likely feed her while she was in the hospital. Maybe something happened to her from being on the streets for that long. Without knowing what happened to her, this still sounds like a zombie case to me.
